The website is delivered through Vercel. Database, authentication and media storage use a dedicated Supabase project in the EU region Frankfurt. Technical connection data may be processed to deliver and protect the service. Where providers process data outside the EEA, we rely on the available safeguards under Chapter V GDPR.

When you submit an inquiry, we process the contact and project details, goals, audience, timeline and budget range you provide to respond and take pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is stored in Supabase and sent through Resend to the recipient configured in the studio. A failed email does not remove the stored inquiry.

Analytics events are collected only after active consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Only coarse, PII-free events such as path, language, device category and source are stored. Form details, full IP addresses and admin requests are excluded. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through “Privacy”.

The admin area uses Supabase Auth, role-based access and optional TOTP. Editorial content may be translated through the OpenAI API; visitor and inquiry data is not used for that purpose.

Subject to the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
